How to report content that copies your work.
Reporting content that's yours
If you believe something on Loopite (for example a photo) copies your work without permission, send a notice to our copyright agent with:
- your name, address, phone and email, and your physical or electronic signature;
- what work you believe was copied;
- where it is on Loopite (the page link);
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you're the owner or allowed to act for the owner.
Copyright agent: Kevin Chen, Loopite, hello@loopite.com.
If your content was removed
If we removed something you posted and you believe it was a mistake, send us a counter-notice with your name, address, phone, signature, what was removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the federal court for your address (or the Southern District of Indiana if you're outside the U.S.). We may restore it 10 to 14 business days later unless the other side tells us they've gone to court.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly post content they don't have the rights to.
